Job summary:

The Financial Analyst – Treasury/Tax will be responsible for preparing REV Group’s daily cash position and cash accounting entries and assisting with the company’s credit card programs and expense reporting. The position is also responsible for tax fixed asset maintenance, general ledger account analysis and various tax compliance tasks.



  • Execute cash management tasks
    • Pull bank information regarding REV Group’s daily receipts and disbursements
    • Monitor daily cash position and give borrowing / investment recommendations
    • Update information on cash / debt positions and provide analysis
    • Administration of bank portal
  • Create cash accounting entries and files
    • Pull daily cash transactions and prepare cash accounting journal entries
    • Provide accounting with cash accounting files to upload to accounting system
  • Assist in day-to-day activities relating to the corporate credit card programs and expense reporting system
    • Analyze, report, and respond to employee questions
    • Assist with the administration of the travel and expense and purchasing card programs
    • Selective expense report auditing to ensure compliance with travel and expense policy
  • Prepare various tax department deliverables
    • Assist business units with tax fixed asset maintenance, run reports, analyze change in balance and calculate tax adjustments
    • Manage tax compliance calendar to ensure deadlines are met
    • Prepare various tax returns and other jurisdictional reporting such as sales tax, property tax, etc.
    • Assist with tax calculations such as estimated tax payments, etc.
    • Reconcile departmental general ledger accounts and assist in budgeting



Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel.
  • Candidate must enjoy working as a team to accomplish goals within a set timeline.
  • Attention to detail and good organization skills are required. 
  • Candidate should demonstrate competency in problem solving.
  • Good oral and written communication is essential.
