Summary

The HR Systems Analyst III will be responsible for all ADP Payroll, Time and Attendance and Activities module related projects and sustainment work. The role will report to the Manager, People Technology and Services and be a key member of the HR Technology team.

 

Main Duties

Supporting the ADP platform at REV Group (ADP Vantage/MyADP/eTime) this role will: -

  • Act as the SME for all Time and Attendance (Accruals and absence management, attendance and tracking) related work including but not limited to the creation of schedules, editing employee timecards, sending email notifications, maintains employee information and profiles, balance resets and updates.
  • Act as REV Groups main contact for Activities (labor tracking) subject matter expertise. Understand and own the design and impact analysis for the labor tracking module with key business stakeholders and responsible for any admin tasks associated to the labor module inc and not limited to, running interfaces, amending security role profiles, amending configuration as required.
  • Manage the core HRIS>ADP data bridge, resolving all errors and working with the business stakeholders where required to identify data inaccuracies and correct them.  
  • Own ADP security design and role-based permissions in auditing and ongoing assessment of functionality to need.
  • Be responsible for managing the ADP releases (assessments and testing) and communicating to stakeholders ahead of a Production Go-Live
  • Own reporting in ADP (hyperfind and standard reports) and the intake of such requests to prioritize the efforts required
  • Take part and frequently lead all ADP related enhancements/projects acting as the core SME for all modules driving design and configuration within the ADP platform. Partners with ADP and module stakeholders as appropriate to gather requirements, define solutions and build/test.
  • Manage Time clock ordering and stock monitoring including setup and works with ADP on configuration across the enterprise. Works with Time clock vendors, HRIS and IT partners to address issues timely.
  • Manage requests via a case management tool both REV internal and in ADPs own ticketing system.
  • Drive and optimize business processes for Time/Labor tracking data maintenance and demonstrates a strong understanding of the various systems that house HR and Payroll data as well as the integration between those systems and the time system.
  • Ability to drive new integration requirements with third party vendors understanding field mappings and interpreting technical requirements with business users as needed. Acts as the primary contact for ADP inbound and outbound integration across the entire platform.
  • Develop relationships with ADP account team and other partners and act as the key contact for operational support for REV Group inc leading weekly status meetings, quarterly reviews and ticket escalations.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • ADP system configuration experience in two or more of the detailed modules, ideally 5+ years of experience in managing eTime applications (ADP) including Attendance, Leave, Activities modules
  • Working in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution (ADP)
  • Broad knowledge of labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems
  • 3+ years of experience in building and architecting Time management for at least one large enterprise with ADP eTime/Vantage or other large Time management tools (including setting up Time Clocks)
  • 5+ years of experience in standardizing and optimizing Time processes, demonstrated experience of driving process design and recommending best practice solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple methods of Time collection, including clocks, kiosks, tablets, mobile devices, and desktop
  • Experience in data loads, validation and extraction of ADP Data in presentable report formats as needed
  • Demonstrated critical thinking. Identifying problem components, analyzing patterns, removing inefficient configurations or processes and building solutions meeting stakeholder needs
  • Knowledge and experience of full life-cycle of a project
  • Experience in Human Resource (HR) business process design and development, running workshops and gathering requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting
  • Self-starter that is capable of working effectively as part of a team; in-person and remotely
  • Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Qualified candidates will possess outstanding customer service skills as well as strong analytical skills.
