Corporate Compliance Manager
REV Group has numerous business units that design, manufacture and sell specialty vehicles. Many end customers for our vehicles are federal, state and local governments and agencies. Further, as a public company, REV Group has a responsibility to implement and maintain a corporate compliance program. REV Group’s regulatory landscape is complex and dynamic, and we have need for someone who can help our organization navigate through.
Designs and develops programs, policies, and practices to ensure that the organization complies with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Manages the monitoring of business activities for compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Tracks relevant laws and regulations and works with corporate and subsidiary staff to update operating manuals and procedural documents when regulations change.
Prepares compliance status reports for internal management and regulatory agencies as required.
Interacts directly with regulatory agencies as required
Collaborate with Legal and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
Keeps abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
Areas of Focus: Motor Vehicle Product Compliance, Government Contract Compliance, Corporate Compliance
Working knowledge of motor vehicle industry’s standards and regulations
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
Process-oriented, diligent and attention to detail
Great communication skills
Planning and project management capabilities
Requires a bachelor's degree.
5-7 years experience in a compliance role
Experience managing compliance for NHTSA, EPA, CARB and other motor vehicle regulatory fields strongly preferred.
Reports to General Counsel.
