Position Summary:
REV Recreation Group, a REV Group business, is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for the Parts team. The AP Clerk provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by processing, verifying and reconciling a high-volume number of invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. Position Responsibilities:
•    Review and verify vendor invoices, credits and check requests
•    Sort, code and match invoices
•    Set invoices up for payment; enter and upload invoices into the system
•    Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
•    Prepare and perform check runs
•    Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
•    Reconcile account payable transactions
•    Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
•    Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
•    Maintain vendor files; correspond with vendors and respond to inquires
•    Produce monthly reports
•    Assist with month end closing
•    Provide supporting documentation for audits
•    Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those in contact on a day to day basis
•    Other duties as assigned


Experience Requirements:
•    High volume accounts payable processing or general accounting experience; will consider recent graduates with strong internship experience
•    Knowledge of general accounting procedures
•    Strong communication skills
•    Experience working with accounting software required.  SAP preferred, but not required.
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel/Word
•    Must be organized with attention to detail
•    Possess a teamwork attitude
•    Overall proven track record of success, taking initiative and going above and beyond to meet/exceed goals
