The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Goldshield’s product offerings and stay informed about industry trends and developments. Provide clients with expert guidance on product selection and application.
- Lead negotiations with clients, preparing and presenting proposals that align with company objectives. Close sales deals effectively and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to the sales management team. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fiberglass or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Travel to meet with potential clients up to 50%
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
