Job Summary:

This position will focus on assisting the SAE group with scheduling, communication with dealers and completing and issuing the response to bids and drawing requests from Sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Takes bid request information from dealer and sets up and organizes folder on server.
  • Downloads bid information to folder and organizes files.
  • Maintains SAE schedule with bids, pre cons and approval packages.
  • Maintains Special Pricing Spreadsheet.
  • Assists SAE in collecting information for Special Pricing.
  • Updates Vendor files with new product information as it becomes available.
  • Compiles SAE and Sales forms and returns to dealers.
  • Provides dealers with special pricing quotations.
  • Assists SAE group with competitor information.
  • Fulfill assigned tasks & complete special projects as directed by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related inside sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with people at all organizational levels
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite and Quote Writer
  • Strong teamwork, analytical, and organizational skills
  • This role may require travel to dealer locations or customers.

 

Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. (“Ferrara”), a leading custom fire apparatus and rescue vehicle manufacturer that engineers and manufactures vehicles for municipal and industrial customers.
