Primary Functions:
Hands on manager responsible for leading the focused continuous improvement priorities for the facility, to include the facilitation of the Goal Deployment Process and all associated metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate improvement events based on each annual Target To Improve (TTI) process
  • Mentor, coach, and train employees on REV Operational Excellence standards, tools, and metrics
  • Deliver hard savings improvements through process improvement activities
  • Develop relationships across the business that help create a culture of continuous improvement
  • Actively participate in activities that will ensure sustainability of improvement initiatives
  • Other management duties as assigned


Education/Experience:

  • BA/BS degree with emphasis in a manufacturing discipline/technical field desired
  • Minimum of seven years progressive experience with quality and lean management in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience including profit and loss responsibilities
  • Solid manufacturing foundation with specific lean tools (5S, facilitation of Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)
  • Solid background in project management and training
  • Six Sigma and Lean certifications preferred.
