REV’s rapid growth both organically and through acquisition along with its IPO in January of 2017 have created a need for the newly created role of Senior Analyst.  This newly created role will help to build the infrastructure to enable the company to continue to grow and its people to thrive.        


Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Owns corporate SG&A business planning, reporting and analysis
  • Owns the relationship with functional leaders to help to control and better forecast spending
  • Owns analyses which support executive and SEC reporting to help make the numbers talk
  • Owns reconciliation of selected corporate balance sheet accounts
  • Supports the earnings release process
  • Supports the annual operating plan process
  • Supports the preparation of SEC filings (Form 10-Q, Form 10-K and Proxy)
  • Supports Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls over financial reporting and assists the auditors to accomplish testing
  • Supports trouble shooting corporate accounting matters
  • Supports enhancing corporate accounting processes
  • Supports other corporate accounting matters such as: the close and consolidation process; proxy reporting; board reporting; and recording journal entries in SAP.
  • Other general accounting duties as assigned

 

Required Credentials

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with CPA.
  • Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience.
  • Experience working in public accounting.
  • Experience working for or with global publicly traded companies.
  • Experience working with a global ERP system (SAP preferred).
  • Experience working with consolidation applications such as OneStream or Hyperion HFM.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills and ability to present to Executive leadership. 
  • Demonstrated ability to be coached and mentored.
