The Ops Ex Coordinator will report to the Chief Operating Officer of REV and will be responsible for helping organize, coordinate, communicate, plan and execute activities within the REV Ops Ex Team. This position will help collect and report pertinent data within the Team and across the REV Business Units. This role will also need to build strong relationships across the appropriate REV Business Units and their associated operations teams to help provide proper communications from the COO.   There will be a heavy focus operational execution and preparing management reports, logistics, planning and administration as well as monitoring data and relevant systems to be sure the Ops Ex team is appropriately focused and supported.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate travel, logistics, planning for COO and Op Ex Team members as appropriate 
  • Help manage overall Op Ex Team activities and plans
  • Assist with assembling reports, proof reading, analysis, and monitoring overall progress of Op Ex Team
  • Monitor requests and issues in Op Ex Team
  • Work with key REV stakeholders to address Ops Ex requests for support
  • Communicate recurring news and information from the Ops Ex Team to the REV businesses
  • Work with team members to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate updates to team and BU stakeholders as needed
  • Help update and maintain key management reports and dashboards
  • Manage the team inquiries, deployment and availability
  • Coordinate IT requests and activities across the team to ensure consistent and effective completions
  • Make sure billing is submitted to Accounting for work completed
  • Work effectively in all applicable systems and standardized processes
  • Complete all necessary program coordination documentation, plans and communications
  • Communicate clearly with all team members regarding changes in workload or schedules
  • Demonstrates a passion and desire for excellence within the position, department and company
  • Completes requests/tasks as assigned by department team members (supports the team administratively as needed)
  • Assist with metric tabulation, collection and reporting

 

Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. Three years of program administration and coordination experience is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to: perform detail-oriented work accurately, handle several assignments simultaneously, maintain confidential information, and produce reports in a timely manner.
  • Experience working with team members (in person and virtually) to resolve business issues/requests.
  • Experience working with Microsoft (including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to learn and become proficient in company software packages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to productively interact and negotiate with all levels of customers and company personnel.
  • Previous Project Management experience preferred.  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

  • Expected to travel 10% of the time.
