The Marketing & Communication Specialist at REV Group will support and execute communication strategies across the corporate team and business units. This role involves developing and implementing internal and external communications, managing digital and traditional media content, and ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and brand. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing REV Group’s visibility and engagement through innovative and impactful communication practices.
Position responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support and execute enterprise communication strategies for REV Group.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies for corporate and business units.
- Monitor online news and forums to identify notable stories or posts relevant to the business.
- Curate and prepare a monthly calendar of posts for social media accounts and the company intranet.
- Update intranet and website content, ensuring adherence to site and brand guidelines.
- Design and create media (traditional and digital) for internal communications.
- Ensure all internal and external communications (intranet, presentations, blogs, website) align with company culture and brand guidelines.
- Develop cross-functional relationships to facilitate approvals for graphics, illustrations, icons, and intranet page layouts supporting communications.
- Multitask effectively, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- React professionally and with urgency to situations requiring quick turnaround.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, web design, marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Professional experience in communications or public relations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with SharePoint and WordPress.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with media monitoring and intelligence tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Cision).
- Experience with Canva and DAM tools like Widen.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation.
