Since 1982, Goldshield has set the bar in the fiberglass industry. Our facility is located in Decatur, Indiana, where we manufacture fiberglass parts for Fleetwood, Honda, and Daimler. Goldshield also manufactures fiberglass for school buses, emergency vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.

Mold Shop – the process of cutting or grinding of parts to meet customer’s quality and specification standards.

Mold Shop Associate must meet the following:
1. Must have completed the appropriate training certification
2. Have a consistent, proven attendance record
3. Be willing and able to cut or grind at any station with acceptable quality standards
4. Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times
5. Utilize daily using dust control to help promote a favorable working environment
6. Any violation of the above mentioned guidelines will result in the loss of operators status (job level)
Mold Shop Associate must be capable of meeting the physical demands/abilities
Mold Shop Associate must be capable of meeting the following environmental conditions and hazards:
1. Exposure to constant noise level of 80 dB
2. Constant exposure to dust on skin
3. Responsibility and authority to verify work affecting quality of the end product.
