Since 1982, Goldshield has set the bar in the fiberglass industry. Our facility is located in Decatur, Indiana, where we manufacture fiberglass parts for Fleetwood, Honda, and Daimler. Goldshield also manufactures fiberglass for school buses, emergency vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.

Job Title: Mold Shop Associate

A day in the life of a Mold Shop Associate at Goldshield:

Cutting and grinding parts to meet customer quality and specification standards.
Working at assigned mold shop stations while meeting acceptable quality standards.
Using dust control practices to help maintain a safer and cleaner work environment.
Maintaining a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
Verifying work that affects the quality of the finished product.

Required education, skills, and experience to be successful:

Preferred 1-year experience in mold shop, fiberglass, cutting, grinding, manufacturing, or production.
Preferred high school diploma or GED.
Ability to complete required Goldshield training certification.
Ability to safely use cut/grind tools and follow station requirements.
Ability to maintain attendance expectations and support production standards.
Successful completion of the drug and background screening.
