The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the execution of a broad variety of outbound related marketing activities and operates within a deadline driven environment.  The successful candidate will execute across all mediums including, print, digital, and social media.  The candidate will assist with creative projects, campaigns, and events with guidance from the Marketing Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Manager with web content creation from walk-thru videos, assisting photographers, and matterport videos
  • Work closely with the sales teams to capture content that will be shared with dealers and on social media channels
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and approval processes and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Assist with creating messaging and content for the creation of tradeshows, webinars, email campaigns, sales literature, e-newsletters, social media, sales presentations, video, digital advertising and press releases
  • Assist with coordination of tradeshows, roadshows and other events

 

Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in B-to-B marketing a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong self-starter with personal initiative and drive
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%
  • Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Work in office environment and production floor occasionally
  • The employee is regularly required to stand or walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects; and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit for extended periods of time.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40#’s.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
