Job summary:

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. This role will serve to maximize space utilization as defined by operating KOIs. The Cycle Counter will also monitor inventory levels and product movement.


Specific duties and responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
• Maintaining product identification and location program.
• Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
• Managing the inventory control function at the site.
• Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
• Document and control aged & damaged product.
• Maintain Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management.
• Coordinate and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
• Warehouse work as needed


• Maintain a professional manner in appearance and communications at all times.
• Participate in staff and/or customer meetings if required.


Responsibility and Authority:
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems.
• Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and/or quality.
• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels.
• Verify the implementation of solutions.



1 to 3 years preferred.
Candidates should have good communication skills, written and oral. PC, leadership and planning skills are also helpful. Must be able to pass the forklift certification test and drive a forklift on a daily basis.
