As the Human Resource Manager for REV Recreation Group, you will support several brands and multiple locations in our Decatur, Indiana facilities. 



Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function. Coordinates broad human resources activities in some or all of the following functional areas:  employee relations, safety, loss prevention programs, training, employment, benefit management and payroll functions.


  • Lead necessary changes and improvements within the organization to deliver healthy employee relations and organizational improvement
  • Ensure systems and processes are in place for ensuring effective communications
  • Facilitate activities and strategies related to change management to deliver necessary business results
  • Provide coaching/mentoring to managers/supervisors on effective people leadership and change management
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory compliance agencies as it relates to labor, wage and hour and employment laws
  • Provide effective training and development programs to increase employee capabilities and growth
  • Partner with leadership team members in executing initiatives and projects to achieve strategic business plan
  • Lead local efforts on effective recruitment, hiring and retention initiatives
  • Ensure consistent application and communication of policy
  • Actively participate in driving business results as a member of the site leadership team
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned



  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to recognize quality expected and be able to reproduce it
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
  • Must maintain a positive rating as described in the training/qualification evaluation record as a HR Manager
  • Must be able to effectively use Microsoft Office
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance



  • PHR/SPHR preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years experience in the Human Resources field (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Any appropriate combination of academic and work experience
