Since 1982, Goldshield has set the bar in the fiberglass industry. Our facility is located in Decatur, Indiana, where we manufacture fiberglass parts for Fleetwood, Honda, and Daimler. Goldshield also manufactures fiberglass for school buses, emergency vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.

Maintenance must meet the following criteria:

Be willing and able to run the whole floor to include:
Service calls
Welding
PM work
Maintain a safe, clean work place
Practice daily, a favorable working environment with all employees
Have a consistent, proven attendance record (no more than 6 periods of absence per year)
Any violation of the above guidelines will result in a loss of Job Level status. After a 60-day waiting period an associate may re-earn their job level status
Minimum of High School graduate or G.E.D., and/or previous applicable work experience
Maintenance must be capable of meeting the following physical demands/abilities:

Maintenance must be capable of meeting the following environmental conditions/hazards:
Exposure to weather
Occasional noise
Vibration occasionally
Exposure of skin to resin, gel, acetone, gun flush, and catalyst
Frequent proximity to moving, mechanical parts
Responsibility and authority to verify work affecting quality of the end product.
