As the Executive Vice President for the Recreational Vehicle segment, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of this division within REV Group.                                                     

Reporting directly to the segment President, the Executive Vice President will work together with the Segment President and help oversee all aspects of the Recreational Vehicle segment within REV Group. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing and measuring operations, and fostering innovation in a dynamic industry environment. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the RV market, understanding of a B to C business, strong business acumen, agile decision-making ability and the capability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand the RV segment's presence in key markets. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on emerging trends in the Recreational Vehicle industry.

2. Business Development: Lead business development efforts to cultivate relationships with key customers, dealers, suppliers, and industry partners. Identify strategic partnerships to enhance the RV segment's product offerings and market position.

3. Sales and Marketing: Drive sales and marketing initiatives to effectively promote REV Group's RV brands and products. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, launch new products, and penetrate new market segments.

4. Operational Excellence: Work with the Division OPEX leadership and BU leadership to understand and further optimize operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability. Monitor key performance indicators to insure timely and effective implementation of continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

5. Financial Management: Develop and manage the RV segment's annual budget, revenue forecasts, and financial performance targets. Monitor financial metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the business unit achieves its financial goals.

6. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of leaders. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to develop talent and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the RV segment.

7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and corporate policies related to the RV segment. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the business unit's operations, reputation, or financial performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the recreational vehicle or similar B to C industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing operations, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep experience reading and reacting to market conditions, including trends, the competitive landscape, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals to achieve common goals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
