Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, plus Optional Overtime on Friday and Saturday
Performs a wide range of assembly and troubleshooting tasks with moderate independence.
Core Responsibilities
- Independently read and interpret:
- Blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and schematics
- Assemble and install:
- Harnesses
- Switch panels
- Electrical and mechanical components
- Program lighting systems per engineering specifications.
- Troubleshoot:
- 12V DC and 110V AC systems
- Perform repairs and rebuilds on:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Conduct functional testing and diagnose faults.
- Trace wiring, repair connections, and replace components as needed.
- Perform equipment setup and changeovers.
- Identify discrepancies in prints, BOMs, and shop orders.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Electrical systems (12V DC & 110V AC)
- Mechanical assembly processes
- Ability to interpret engineering documentation independently.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems (preferred).
Problem Solving
- Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
- Identify non-conforming products and assist with corrective/preventive actions.

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in New York is $16.50 – $18.50. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role.
