Job summary:  The Coordinator will be an integral part of the marketing and sales organization and will provide support to the Marketing Manager in developing and executing a successful public relations and social media strategy, will manage the on-site and online retail store as well as responsible for preparation of merchandise displays, promotions, and sales.  

 

Responsibilities:   

  • Managing and executing projects as directed 

  • Support, develop and implement PR and social media campaigns. Collaborate with marketing team to create and track social media content calendar. Including writing and submit proposed social media content for approval to REV MKT 

  • Working with other departments as needed to help promote the company's brand, its products, and services 

  • Working with Marketing Manager to develop and refine measurement strategies for PR campaigns 

  • Working with Marketing Manager and Accounting on forecasting and maintaining the Ferrara marketing budget 

  • Update dealer network on marketing updates and new tools 

  • Create national print and digital advertising campaigns and assets. Coordinate ad schedule together with product managers and management 

  • Create communication materials including brochures, literature, advertisements, sell sheets, and presentations 

  • Ongoing management of the Ferrara website and sales hub  

  • Monitor website analytics and report on finding, and implementing changes to improve performance and usability 

  • Production photos:  take in-process photos of every truck in each production stage, put them into the folder, maintenance of photo files, collect truck specs/details, and post onto website 

  • Delivery photos: take delivery photos of every truck, put them into the folder, maintenance of photo files, and post to website 

  • Manage internal programs including the email marketing campaigns and The Rig micro-site  

  • Register Ferrara for regional trade shows 

  • Send and maintain trade show materials for dealer/regional shows 

  • Create video for product focus and customer interviews, capture and edit footage, and upload to online and social channels 

  • Project lead for Ferrara annual calendar project to manage truck list, design and production of calendar, and distribution 

  • Create and update content on LED sign  

  • Monitor online store, package and ship any orders 

  • Travel to attend tradeshows and company marketing events estimated at 2 to 3 times per year. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Associates Degree preferred in an appropriately related field of study 

  • Minimum 2 years or more experience in role or similarly related roles 

  • Proficient with Photoshop  

  • Prefer experience with Adobe CC tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects 

  • Ability to learn new software and technology 

  • Demonstrated organizational, teamwork and communication skills 

  • Work performed in this role is primarily office related but a significant number of the activities support a Manufacturing facility which may require the incumbent to perform activities on the Shop floor.  While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds.  Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
