Job Summary:

Performs Human Resources related duties in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment and benefits. Requires well developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships



  • Responsible for implementation and interpretation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
  • Responsible for maintenance of HRIS, time management, benefit systems (e.g. new hires, terms, job tile/rate changes, process payroll deductions for all employees. etc.)
  • Manage the on-boarding of new hires to include processing new paperwork, manuals and Florida New Hire Reporting, E-verify, pre-employment screening, training etc.)
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagements events
  • Monitor and process weekly benefit deduction information.
  • Employee Relations
  • 401k benefit administration.
  • Process and maintain the OSHA Log.
  • Worker’s Compensation claim administration.
  • Process all employee terminations.
  • Administrator for the Biz Library training process.
  • Vitality Wellness program administration.
  • FMLA, STD, LOA process administration.
  • Maintain the employee uniform program.
  • Distribute employee performance reviews and process employee increases.
  • Run miscellaneous reports for Managers/Supervisors as requested.
  • Typing of various memos, forms and letters as required.
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Provides support to the executive Human Resources Team by answering HR phone calls and employee walk-ins and determining course of action and direct accordingly
  • Perform or assist with any operations, as required or directed, to maintain work flow or respond to production requirements.
  • Assist employees with questions - work to resolve employee relations issues
  • Proficient in MS Office Products
  • Follow and support the REV General Health & Safety Rules, ensure safe operating conditions within area of responsibility, and notify coworkers and supervisors of hazardous acts and conditions. Proper use of PPE; use only defect-free equipment. Promote safety in department.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of products and processes to better serve customers and improve the overall profitability of the company. Actively seek out work in other areas when current assignment is complete. Make suggestions for improving product quality, processes, safety, and company profitability.  Submit these implemented improvements utilizing our Minor Kaizen process.
  • Attend and participate in a variety of meetings, training programs, and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to changes to equipment or process, new developments, requirements, procedures, and policies.



Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

  • 5 years of experience in the HR field with an emphasis on generalist duties
  • Employee Relations experience
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
  •    Strong problem solving skills
  •    Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Able and willing to work in other areas as needed. Must be flexible in taking lunch and breaks when workflow requires. Willing to work additional hours as necessary.
  • Must portray a positive working attitude toward other employees; be a team player. Work with others constructively and abide by company policies and procedures. Teamwork will be required to be effective in daily production assignments as well as special improvement projects.
