This role will support one or more experienced engineers in performance of assignments, spend time shadowing actual operations, and have unique assignments that support larger projects as well as experience the day-to-day workings of engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting data analysis and analysis methodology improvement projects.
- Create or modify tool designs, processing cause and corrective actions for non-conformances.
- Assist in developing production work instructions and designs
- Arranges mechanical or electrical details and prepares initial design layouts under the supervision of a Senior Engineer or Manager.
- Develops CAD project drawings
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:
- Candidate must be at least in his/her second year of mechanical or electrical engineering studies towards a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience and/or knowledge working with CAD, and MS Office Suite (Inventor a plus).
- Must have excellent communication skills with ability to interface directly with hourly employees as well as management level of employee concerning manufacturing initiatives and progress updates.
- Must possess a high energy level with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English.
