This position provides technical and field sales / contract support to the dealer organization and Regional Managers. Responsible for the administration of all orders for a given district from receipt until shipment. This position may require interaction with national and/or international dealers and customers. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the job functions.



Associates Degree in Sales or Marketing or its equivalent preferred with 3 year of work experience in sales, contract administration or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in contract management required.



Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the Sales / Contract Administration field. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and proven negotiation skills.



Reviews incoming orders for completeness and conformance to established company requirements. Chair the preconstruction conference with the customer and dealer.  Participates in order review meetings. Resolves order review questions with dealers. Handles approval drawings with dealers.


Participates in production scheduling meetings. Coordinates and participates in final inspections and delivery of units with dealers and customers. Reviews change orders for completeness and conformance to established company requirements. Reviews all special pricing requests for non-standard items and purchased chassis for feasibility.

Coordinates communications concerning orders among the dealer, customer, sales, marketing, engineering, production, purchasing and finance personnel. Provides monthly forecasts for unit shipments. Inspects unit before dealer and customer arrive. Attends district trade shows as required. Maintains responsibility for on going relationship-building tasks.



Job functions may include special assignments as directed by the department supervisor or manager.



Must be able to handle a variety of customers, which can include interaction with other departments, managers, customers, vendors, etc. 



Will be exposed to information of a confidential nature. Will be required to sign a standard confidentiality and non-compete agreement.  



Will work in an office setting with some exposure to customer locations and at times on the factory floor. Would be required to comply with all safety and environmental rules, regulations and guidelines including PPE requirements. Could be exposed to dust, noise or hazardous materials. May be required to handle material up to 50 pounds in weight.



Reports to the department supervisor or manager.
