Job Summary:

The position reports directly to the Leader of OpEx / Learning and Development Manager. Assists in a variety of duties including projects for learning and developing current and external new hires within both operations and supporting departments.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Tasks:
    1. Training Coordination
    2. Schedule training sessions
    3. Send calendar invites, prep attendance sheets, and coordinate materials
    4. Set up rooms and equipment for training days
  2. Training Tracking
    1. Enter training records
    2. Participant feedback into spreadsheets
    3. Analyze post-training surveys and summarize findings
    4. Assist in building dashboards or visual summaries of learning progress (maybe)
  3.  SuccessFactors
    1. Upload training completion
    2. Track course completions and run basic reports
  4. Skills required:
    1. Microsoft Office 
    2. Excel – for lists, logs, and attendance sheets
    3. Word – for formatting agendas, outlines, or templates
  5. LMS & System Support
    1. Basic use of a Learning Management System (LMS) – uploading courses, enrolling users, tracking completions
    2. File management – organizing digital folders and resources in SharePoint & Teams
  6. Perform other duties deemed necessary

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization, requiring flexibility and adaptability to changing organization priorities
  2. Solid project management and problem-solving capabilities
  3. Ability to effectively manage change and process improvement
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel)

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma       
  • 1-2 years of administration experience
