E-ONE manufactures custom and commercial fire trucks including pumpers and tankers, aerial ladders and platforms, rescues of all sizes, quick attack units, industrial trucks, and ARFF (aircraft rescue firefighting vehicles).

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Primary backup for A/R and A/P functions
  • Prepare and post month end JE’s
  • Monitor, analyze and appropriately record/report intercompany eliminations
  • Physical inventories and reconciliation
  • Backup for payroll processing
  • Consolidated reports for Corporate
  • Preparation of require month end corporate schedules
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
  • Other Corporate requests

Qualifications/Training:

 

  • Computer literate (both pc and mainframe). Excel spreadsheet.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate a situation, providing recommendations for executive action.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of personnel and functional areas.
  • Prior AS400/MAPICS experience preferred
  • Setting work priorities.
  • Working independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate.
  • Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform critical analysis.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicates simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. 
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. 

 

Education and Experience:

                                                           

  • Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
