The Customer Experience Manager provides critical support to the sales and executive teams by ensuring seamless coordination of sales reporting, customer engagement activities, event logistics, and internal administrative functions. This role demands a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent and accurate dealer contact list, organized by brand.
- Coordinate quarterly sales reporting for all cooperative contracts.
- Support bid submission processes by gathering necessary documentation from internal departments.
- Collaborate with corporate communications for awards events and recognition initiatives.
- Create, edit, and publish presentations using data from multiple sources, ensuring clarity, flow, and consistency.
- Assist Directors with planning and logistics for customer fly-ins, including meeting room bookings, hotel accommodations, and dinner reservations.
- Manage driveaway scheduling to ensure timely vehicle pickup from selected vendors.
- Compile and coordinate information from Parts and Customer Service departments to assist in the development of Dealer Scorecards.
- Review and approve expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Provide assistance with travel planning and booking as needed.
- Coordinate registration and logistical planning for trade shows and industry events.
- Manage sales forecasting and weekly sales update tracking.
- Assist with documentation and communication for customer visits, including notifying the leadership team.
- Help coordinate customer and dealer meet-and-greet sessions, dinners, and onsite engagement.
- Support dealers in planning their visits to manufacturing sites.
- Schedule and organize manufacturing plant tours for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader goals of the sales and operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, Associates degree required.
- 5 plus or more proven experience in sales operations, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel 25%
Pay scale for possible remote posiiton $67,500 - $112,500
