The Quality Engineer reports directly to the Quality Manager and is responsible for testing systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and creating quality and safety documentation. Identifying technical/process issues and getting to the root of the problem and engaged with correction. Proactively identifying potential risks to processes, and lead improvements to assure product requirements are achieved First Time. We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to test our products and procedures and ensure they meet Safety, Quality and Customer requirements. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all our internal systems identifying issues and engaging in solutions using Plan, Do, Check Act controls. If you hold a degree in engineering or quality assurance and have a great attention to detail, we’d like to meet you.

  • Auditing systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
  • Monitoring the entire production cycle and reporting on malfunctions.
  • Evaluate and improve the company Quality Management System.
  • Work with Buyers and Suppliers to assure compliance to requirements.
  • Support Lean events.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis.
  • Lead Process Evaluation / Improvement Initiatives.
  • Assist various company department heads with defining, implementing, and tracking metrics (KPIs).
  • Support quality inspection personnel.
  • Conduct internal and external audits.


Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

  • Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role, 1-2 year(s) minimum preferred.
  • Certified ISO 9001 Auditor (Preferred).
  • Shall have a strong understanding of ASME Y14.5.
  • Familiar with 8D RCCA.
  • Experience with IATF 16949 (Preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis.
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team spirit.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Preferred).
