Job summary:

Assemble a variety of different electrical components:

Responsibilities:

Assemble harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards and a variety of different electrical components
Close attention to detail
Meet standards of safety and 5S
Promote use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture
Meet standards of safety and 5S
Be compliant with the rules of conduct and attendance per company policy
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools, drills, screw guns
Must be able to interpret engineering drawing and electrical schematics
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform critical analysis desired
Ability to effectively present information in one –on-one and small group situations to other employees
Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
Ability to read, write comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence
Ability to read and use a linear and other measuring devises
Ability to recognize quality expected and be able to reproduce it
