Job Summary


 Manage order processing from field salesmen.



  1. Understand and carry out oral and written directions in English
  2. Function with a minimal amount of supervision. 
  3. Coordinate with salesmen order details through confirmation process.
  4. Coordinate with Production any questions or clarifications and update order as necessary.
  5. Review order requests and make recommendations based on inspections of equipment or best practices
  6. Create bills of materials and work orders in sufficient detail for production and sales


Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):          


  1. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate in English.
  2. Ability to create engineering drawings, bills of materials, and sales technical descriptions in English.
  3. Sufficient background to function with the Microsoft business products.  CAD and SAP experience Preferred.
  4. Ability to perform all operations with acceptable quality and time standards.
  5. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
  6. Background in automotive equipment design or manufacturing environment desired.
    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
