Driving to and from vendor facilities, picking up and delivering parts.  Support the Warehouse with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.  Responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, assisting with moving material and tools to the production line.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain inventory accuracy  
  • Moves parts, WIP, or finished products and delivers mail packages to the various department or warehouse locations 
  • Operates various material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, or forklifts. 
  • Maintains the required documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with the specified procedures. 
  • Drives in various road conditions, small roadways, and highways. 
  • Ensure work areas and other designated work areas are maintained safely and neatly. 
  • Ensure all material and inventory remain properly identified and stored free from damage or deterioration. 

 

Required education, skills, and experience to be successful: 

 

  • Preferred 1-year experience with manufacturing, inventory, or related functions 
  • Preferred high school diploma or GED 
  • Proficient in computer use for data entry, part scanning or transacting, the printing of picklists 
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License 
  • Ability to perform all operations within acceptable inventory accuracy, quality, and time standards. 
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for

        successful job    performance 

  • Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Successful completion of the drug and background screening

  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders and scaffolding

  • Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments  

 

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in California is between $19 - $21.  This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role. The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  We are proud to offer competitive benefits in addition to competitive pay.
