Coordinator Chassis

Maintain chassis for production, including ordering, releasing, and obtaining incentives.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Order chassis as needed.
- Enter chassis information into chassis database.
- Track chassis production and arrival at plant.
- Assign appropriate chassis to Wheeled Coach orders.
- Maintain chassis status & assure chassis are available at start of production
- Release chassis through appropriate chassis dealership.
- Obtain any incentives available for end users.
- Prepare weekly chassis reports.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Training:
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate instructions and directions in English.
- Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations to other employees of the organization.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Hand-eye coordination.
Education and Experience:
- Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.
- One year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience would be preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:
Valid Florida drivers license
Personal Protective Equipment Recommended and/or Required on production floor:
- Safety glasses or prescription safety glasses with side shields
- Face shields
- Ear plugs
- Work Gloves
- Protective disposable suite when necessary
- Respirator when required for hazardous materials
- Steel Toe Shoes
