Seeking an outgoing, organized, friendly order processor to join our growing order processing team. Order processors take orders from our dealers and review them for errors, omissions, and pricing issues. They will work with the dealers in correcting any and/or all errors. The Order Processor will be assigned to one or more dealers and process all orders from those dealers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain sales engineering order log with updated order information.
  • Scrub inbound orders for missing information, incorrect pricing, discrepancies between work order and customer approval drawings.
  • Liaison with dealers in answering and correcting all errors.
  • Sending post-scrubbed work order to dealer to confirmation.
  • Processing dealer confirmed work order in internal SAP system.
  • Process any required change orders during the build process.
  • Assist in post inspection gig review and assist with SRs and change orders.
  • Attend daily order status review meetings.

Qualifications/Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 + years of experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition.
  • Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
