Job summary:  This position must focus on customer satisfaction; provide technical support directly to customer via phone or field service. Provide training to customers and service technicians.




  • Pre-delivery and post delivery problem solving.
  • Warranty administration.
  • Phone tech support.
  • In field service calls and technical training.
  • Expansion and development of field service centers.
  • Provide back up support to TSM’s as needed.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.





Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):


  • Must be familiar with all aspects (installation/repair/replacement) of the Wheeled Coach Industries electrical, heat and A/C systems.
  • Understanding and carrying out verbal and written directions.
  • Working independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Must be familiar with electrical theory and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Must be able to effectively troubleshoot Wheeled Coach Industries electrical systems.
  • Must be able to guide a field technician through the troubleshooting of system failures via telephone.
  • Phone systems, e-mail, and internet browsing skills required.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.
  • Proficient in computer use and report generation using Microsoft Office Business Suites.
  • Working independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
  • Ability to work in a courteous and professional manner with the public and employees.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment





  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years call center experience and/or customer service experience
  • 2 years electrical/manufacturing experience



  • Valid Florida drivers license
  • Passport.


Special Requirements/Duties:

  • Travel, field service work.
